Subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may arise. In such cases, we may be unable to fulfill all items in your purchase. If this occurs, we'll contact you to discuss whether you prefer to wait for restocking, pay an additional shipping charge for in-stock items, or opt for a refund.

Shipping costs, determined by weight, box dimensions, and destination, are calculated during checkout and collected with the purchase.

Due to the dynamic nature of shipping, rates are estimated and subject to periodic review. Changes by couriers may necessitate additional shipping charges, and we'll notify you accordingly.

Free shipping is available for UK orders over £99, excluding Ireland and Scotland.

Domestic shipments within the United Kingdom generally take 2 - 7 days.

International orders typically take 2 - 22 days in transit, depending on the selected courier. Specific estimates are provided during checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, with exceptions communicated on product pages. Dispatch operates Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays, to minimize delays.

Returns

You have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. The item must be in its original packaging.
3. If the item was damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a refund if you report the damage to us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item.
4. The return is not due to a change of mind, coverage limitations by your insurance provider, or similar reasons.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for any damage and notify you of its receipt. We will then review the return and decide whether to approve a refund or not. Typically, this process takes 2 to 3 working days.

If your refund request is declined, and you still wish to keep the item, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs for returning the item to you.

In the case of an approved return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear back in your account may vary depending on your provider, but we estimate it to take 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that if you damage the items during installation, regardless of whether it was performed by yourself or a professional, you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
