SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
Cancelling an order incurs a cancellation fee of £50 (inc. VAT), except in cases where a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a fee of £80 (inc. VAT).
If an order is cancelled and products are returned, a refund will be issued minus applicable cancellation fees. We may also deduct shipping costs if applicable.
All returned items must be in resellable condition, in original packaging, and in good repair. You are responsible for return costs and insurance. If returned goods are damaged, incomplete, or unsellable, they will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
You (or your representative), the relevant vehicle, and any required stock must be available upon the engineer’s arrival. If not available within 15 minutes, the booking may be cancelled with an £80 (inc. VAT) cancellation fee.
Amendments to confirmed bookings may incur a £50 (inc. VAT) admin fee at our discretion.
The vehicle must be parked in a suitable, accessible, and well-lit location. If conditions pose a safety risk or prevent installation, the booking may be cancelled with an £80 (inc. VAT) cancellation fee.
The vehicle battery must be sufficiently charged, able to start and drive, and free from significant electrical faults. If unsuitable, the booking may be cancelled with an £80 (inc. VAT) cancellation fee.
Weather conditions may affect installation. If no suitable shelter is available and installation cannot proceed, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Installation times are estimates and depend on location, engineer, and stock availability. If we cannot fulfill your installation within a reasonable time, a full refund will be offered, subject to applicable conditions.
Nationwide installation covers mainland UK only; some remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may be excluded.
Complex vehicles (e.g., supercars, EVs) may incur additional costs, which will be discussed before booking confirmation.
Some vehicles may not support immobilisation installations. If we are unable to proceed, we will offer a full or partial refund, depending on your preference.
We accept no liability for delays or cancellations beyond our control. If affected, we will reschedule or issue a full refund for returned products in resellable condition.
Customers must check their vehicles for defects immediately after installation. Any issues must be reported before the engineer leaves; claims made afterward will not be accepted.
We may use subcontracted engineers who are fully qualified and insured. Any disputes regarding subcontracted work must be resolved directly with the subcontractor.
In the event of product failure or defective workmanship, we must be given the opportunity to rectify the issue within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) before any compensation claims are considered.
We offer a 3-year warranty on all trackers and a 1-year warranty on other products.
If a warranty call-out reveals that the issue is due to vehicle faults, misuse, tampering, user error, or unrelated causes, a call-out fee of £80 (inc. VAT) will apply.
Our installations follow Thatcham-approved procedures. It is your responsibility to check whether our installation methods affect your vehicle’s warranty. We are not liable for any claims related to invalidated manufacturer warranties.
